We are pleased to inform all coworkers and church leaders of the present status of our development:

1. On the 5th June 2006, Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya informed us that our six storey building plan has been approved though subject to certain technical conditions.
   
   
2. On the 13th June 2006, Selangor Exco office wrote to let us know that they have approved our application to get two fresh titles for 99 years. They mentioned that the land office would be informing us of the conditions and other details.
   
   
3. On 21st June 2006, Petaling Land Office gave us a letter saying that they are waiting for the Valuation Department report before they can issue us the official approval letter and the details of premium to be paid.

The Technical committee is in constant communication with the developers to get the latest news. We understand that they are doing close follow up with the authorities. They have started soil test at site on the 10th July 2006.

Bishop is leading the church Exco and project development team in earnest prayers every last Saturday of the month. All are welcome to join us to ask the Lord to bless this project.

We hope to update you in our third quarter letter soon.
